Where is Teym located?

Where can I find the latest information on Teym?

All Teym updates are published on our website: www.teym.us. Alternatively, you can sign up for our mailing list and receive regular updates about our activities directly in your inbox. You can also stay up to date by following us on Instagram and Facebook.

How do I sign up for Teym’s newsletter?

You can register on our website by entering your email address into the newsletter sign up form which is in the footer of every page. This will ensure that you will receive updates on all Teym related news.

Do you offer sales, discounts or promotions?

As part of our business model, Teym does not offer any promotions or sales on any of our products. As we do not let you pay for the expensive middlemen and marketeers, we are able to produce top-notch products that sell for far less than traditional luxury brands. Teym avoids these excessive markups by selling directly to you whilst maintaining a high level of service and the quality you might expect from the top of the line labels.
In the case that we discontinue an item, we might announce a promotion on the item in question. In this case, you will be notified through our newsletter.

We know how frustrating it can be if you can t access a website properly.

Does Teym keep my information secure?

Your privacy is very important to us. For this reason Teym stores as little of your information as possible. We do not store your credit card details anywhere; your payment passes directly and securely through Teym to our service provider. We only work with reliable software partners and take all possible steps to provide you completely safe access to our services.

Where are Teym’s products made?

All of our products are designed in Amsterdam and manufactured in Europe. Most of our materials come from Italy, France or Spain. We only work with reputable suppliers that strictly adhere to all the rules set out for the textile industry.

Where can I find your products?

Our entire collection can be found exclusively on this website and in our shop located at Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 256-1, 1012RS, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The product I have seen is out of stock. Will you be restocking it?

All of Teym s products are modern day classics and will usually come back in stock after a short while. To be kept informed when your product will be available for you again, please send an email to customercare@teym.us.

What does water-resistant, wind resistant and ventilating actually mean?

Water/wind-resistant specifies that the garment will keep you dry during brief, light showers but not during extremely heavy storms. Ventilating means that the garment can adapt to diverse weather conditions without loosing any of your precious warmth or cold.

How do I find out more about the product I want to buy?

All basic information on our products is shown on the product page. If you have additional questions relating to the fit and materials, or you would like specific measurements, please email customercare@teym.us.

How do I find the right size?

We spent hours researching so we can offer you the perfect shape and fit for each of our products. Please see the size and fit section on each product page, or consult our size chart

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately not on the website itself. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us at customercare@teym.us or +31 20 261 38 76 (during business hours Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm). We will do our utmost to assist you in the best way possible.

Can I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with shipping information. Shipments within the Netherlands usually take 1 day to arrive, international shipping 3-5 business days.

I didn't receive a confirmation email, what do I do?

You will always need a confirmation email, please first check your junk mail and spam folder or contact us at customercare@teym.us or +31 20 261 38 76 (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm). We will do our very best to assist you.

What happens if an item I have ordered is actually unavailable?

Unfortunately, if an item is low on stock we cannot always guarantee its availability. If it appears that a product you ordered has become unavailable or delayed, we will instantly notify you by email or telephone. If you have already paid for the item, you will receive a full refund.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Depending on stock availability, goods are prepared for dispatch within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday). The delivery time depends on the option you have selected and the country in which you live. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace code. Please note that deliveries to rural addresses may result in longer delivery times.

What are the shipping costs?

For Dutch customers the shipping is free, for all other EU customers the costs are €10,00, and for US the shipping costs are €25,00 Please note that customs and local taxes are included in this calculation and we always try our best to combine shippings to minimize your cost.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code in order to keep track of your new products.

What might cause my order to be delayed?

This could be because of the information you provided (billing address and/or shipping address), payment control or internal business processes. If you do not receive an email from us within 3 days of placing your order, please first check your junk mail and spam folder, if you have received no email from us then contact us at customercare@teym.us.

How will my order be shipped?

We always ship your items double packed, your garment will first be packed in plastic and paper and then placed in a cardboard box. We value our products highly and do our best to make sure it gets to you in the way we feel it is perfect for you.

What should I do if my products are damaged, or if I didn't receive what I ordered?

Please contact Teym s customer care at customercare@teym.us before returning the item, so we can give you instructions on how to proceed.

What should I do if I do not receive my order?

If you haven’t received your package within 7 days and no delivery note has been left for you, track your package online to see its current location. You can always contact customercare@teym.us for assistance.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to countries within the European Union including France, Monaco, Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus (EU), Romania, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Malta, Denmark, Ireland, the Czech Republic, Austria, Spain, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovak Republic, Croatia. We also ship to the United States of America.

Please note that we do not deliver to the outermost regions of the EU (i.e. Guyana, Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Martinique, Reunion, Canaries, Acores and Madera).

Do I need to pay taxes?

All countries within the European Union are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. This is unfortunately not the case for Switzerland.

Is my package insured?

Yes, Teym insures each package for the transit period. It is ensured right up to the moment when it reaches you.

I actually live in Amsterdam. Can I just pick up my order at Teym?

Yes, please call our store and we will schedule a moment for you to collect your items. You can do this via email at customercare@teym.us or call us on+31 20 261 38 76.

Can I return my product?

If you've purchased your item on teym.us or in a Teym store you can return your product within 14 days from the delivery date. Please send an email to  customercare@teym.us stating the reason for return and we will assist you with the next steps.

What are the conditions for returning a product?

Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached,its original packaging and free from any odours or pet hairs.

Can I exchange my product?

Of course. Please contact customercare@teym.us and ask for the correct size, colour or product. Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, we will immediately ship the replacing item.

Will I be charged shipping for returning my product?

Yes, you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend purchasing delivery confirmation or tracking. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, Teym can not be made responsible for the package being lost or otherwise not received.

Can I return or exchange my items at the Teym store?

Yes, you can. Please visit our store within 14 days from the delivery date. Please call our store and we will schedule an appointment. You can do this via email at customercare@teym.us or call us on +31 20 261 38 76.

How will I be reimbursed?

Your refund will be made within 30 days from the date of returning the package, to the payment card used for the purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, SOFORT banking, and iDeal (for Dutch bank accounts) for all orders.
